Pricing & Quotes
At Plan Style Hire we believe that it’s important to be up front and open with our pricing, so our clients know how much everything costs and which items fit into their budget. If you require any further information on any of the items you have seen on our website, or to discuss specific hire product requirements, please feel free to contact us to see what we can make work for you and your budget.
We do charge for delivery and collection on top of all of hire prices, excluding DIY Hire.
When we know which hire products and services you require, the date of your event, the location or delivery postcode, and event times we can provide an accurate quotation for this.
We do not make any profit on the delivery and collection, it covers our staff wages, transport costs and parking if your venue does not provide suitable parking during the job.
If you would like a general idea on costs via email, please tell us the following information when asking for a quote:
Your name and contact number
Date of event with an idea of delivery and collection times
Location of venue and postcode
Hire items required or an idea of the style of event you require props/furniture for
Once you have received your quote this is valid for 5 days, after this time prices and delivery charges may change.
Please note we do not hold event or wedding dates, if there are particular hire items you are interested in we may also receive enquiries from other clients who wish to book on your wedding or event date and book the same hire products , these hire items can not be reserved without a deposit and completed booking form and hirer contract.
If you are happy with your quote the next step is contact us and let us know you would like to book
We will then issue you with a formal invoice, booking form and hirer contract
Your deposit or full payment, depending on your event date will be due, this will be detailed in your invoice.
Please note at the time of receiving your formal invoice, items are still not secured until payment has been made and your booking paperwork has been completed. During this time we may receive bookings for your event date, so we do encourage clients to not delay payment.
Once we have issued your invoice, please note we only allow one amendment to the formal invoice, should you change your mind, wish to remove or add products after the first amendment, you will be charged an admin fee.
